1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the earnph26 website located at earnph26.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the earnph26 Platform.

By accessing the earnph26 Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of earnph26, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the earnph26 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling activities.

earnph26 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to earnph26's satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the earnph26 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an earnph26 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your earnph26 Login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify earnph26 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your earnph26 account, whether or not authorized by you.

earnph26 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request.

Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license issued by the LTO, and PRC ID.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the earnph26 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). earnph26 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your earnph26 account instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment provider.
• earnph26 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• earnph26 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. earnph26 may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the earnph26 account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. earnph26 endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days.
• earnph26 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

earnph26 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. earnph26 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the earnph26 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on earnph26, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on earnph26 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. earnph26 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, earnph26's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. earnph26's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the earnph26 system are binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been confirmed.
• earnph26 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account status.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earnph26 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on earnph26, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the earnph26 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the earnph26 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the earnph26 Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to earnph26 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other activity that undermines the integrity of earnph26 games.
• Attempting to access another player's earnph26 account without authorization.
• Using the earnph26 Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward earnph26 staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the earnph26 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the earnph26 Platform without the prior written consent of earnph26.

10 Privacy & Data

earnph26 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the earnph26 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

earnph26 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and earnph26 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, earnph26 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the earnph26 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

earnph26's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earnph26 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The earnph26 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. earnph26 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12 Account Termination

earnph26 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may close your earnph26 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the earnph26 Platform or these Terms, you should first contact earnph26 customer support. earnph26 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through earnph26's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority. earnph26's decision on all game-related disputes, including those arising from technical malfunctions, shall be final and binding.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

earnph26 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, earnph26 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the earnph26 Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

earnph26 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the earnph26 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
